By submitting this form you:

Agree to provide transcripts to Hampshire College from all colleges you are currently attending or have previously attended.
Acknowledge that your admission to Hampshire College will be jeopardized if transcripts are not received by the required deadline (Spring admission: November 1, Fall admission: March 15).
Understand that to be eligible for financial aid you must submit a FAFSA (U.S. citizens & permanent residents) or the CSS Profile (international applicants) by the required deadline.
Confirm that you are in good standing at your previous college.

Once this form is submitted your will receive a username and password allowing you access to your Hampshire College portal. Your scholarship award, financial aid information, and official decision letter will be available to view on the portal by the notification deadlines (Spring international admission: November 10, Spring domestic admission: December 1, Fall admission: April 15) assuming we've received all required documents.
