New College of Florida Transfer Form

Hampshire College will admit any New College of Florida student, wishing to transfer, and will match net-tuition cost to what they are currently paying. We support New College of Florida students who would like to continue their education without losing credits, without increasing their current tuition costs, and without having to give up on self-designed education and narrative evaluations.

Please note that this form will not save your progress if you leave the webpage. We recommend filling out this Transfer form when you are sure you already have the necessary information, and will have the time to complete the entire form.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility and Conditions:

Hampshire welcomes transfer students from New College and guarantees admission to currently matriculated students who are in good standing, including those who may be on a leave of absence. Students interested in transferring to Hampshire can submit their materials on a rolling basis until August 1.
Hampshire will accept all academic credits completed at or transferred to New College of Florida to fulfill Hampshire's Division I and II requirements in order to facilitate timely degree completion.
Hampshire will determine a financial aid package for you that matches your New College net-tuition cost.

Acknowledge that your admission to Hampshire College will be jeopardized if transcripts are not received by August 1.
Understand that to be eligible for financial aid you must submit a FAFSA (U.S. citizens & permanent residents) or the CSS Profile (international applicants).
Confirm that you are in good standing at your previous college.

Approximately 1-3 days after this form is submitted, you will receive a username and password allowing you access to your Hampshire College portal. Your scholarship offer, financial aid information, and official decision letter will be available to view on the portal assuming we've received all required documents.
